About
Logan Anderson is the Sports Director in Aberdeen South Dakota, where he brings live play by play radio broadcasts of Presentation College football and basketball games to the masses. He is originally from Fort Calhoun Nebraska, where he was a four sport athlete, competing in basketball, baseball, cross country and track. It was in high school where he developed his passion for sports, and dreamed of competing in college.
After high school Logan was recruited by Morningside College to play basketball, where he was a junior varsity player for two seasons before realizing that his future was behind the mic, not on the floor. Logan made a name for himself in GPAC circles as the Sports Director, and main play by play voice of KMSC Fusion 93, where he brought live Mustang football, basketball, and softball broadcasts to listeners over the airwaves and over the web to fans across the country.
After graduation from Morningside College in 2008, Logan moved to Denison in order to cover high school sports in Western Iowa. It was at this point that he decided to create the LA Sports Riot blog and podcast, in hopes of increasing access to GPAC coaches and players as well as providing insight and analysis to fans of the GPAC.
After nearly three years in Denison, Logan accepted a new job in Aberdeen South Dakota, where he achieved one of his career goals by becoming the voice of a college. This is where he currently resides, and even though he lives quite a distance from GPAC territory, he looks forward to continuing to cover the conference he’s grown to care so much about.
